hunter®JOBCENTER enables personnel consultants and companies to implement their own job portal. The module works seamlessly with existing websites. Applicants can use the site to look up job postings and to apply for positions using the website’s online form. The JOBCENTER automatically transmits the data to the central hunter database, where it can be processed further by, for example, personnel consultants and advisors.
This greatly reduces the amount of work involved in processing incoming job applications: Not only are the candidates inputting the required data themselves, the data is already optimally structured for transfer into the software.
Consultants can also assist their clients with application management by directly accepting data received at the client’s JOBCENTER and by doing the groundwork in the background for the corresponding personnel staff member or company CEO.
