Examples of criteria include functions performed, industry experience, languages and other know how that comprise the requirements for an open position. The selected criteria can be defined as mandatory, namely "must be", or weighted using a point system.
hunter compares these criteria with the candidates stored in the database and generates the scored result. This table of candidates gives you a quick overview of which candidates come closest to fulfilling the requirements and who should ideally participate in the application process.
